Shipping Policy
Currently, all orders must contain $32 worth of product to be shipped. All orders currently ship free. We currently only ship within the five boroughs of New York City. We do not ship to Westchester or Nassau counties at this time.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will be scheduled for delivery within 1-2 business days.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive by end of day. We will attempt to deliver the product directly to your door. In the event that you are not home at the time of delivery, the order will be left at your door or with your doorman.
All orders will be packaged with dry-ice in an insulated cooler bag to ensure your product remains frozen. Please place products immediately into the freezer once they are received. The dry-ice is wrapped separately from the product for safety purposes. To dispose of dry-ice, place it in a well ventilated area and allow for it to melt. Do not dispose of dry ice in the trash and keep away from children.
Return Policy
Our ice cream is not returnable, but you may be entitled to a replacement if there are issues with your purchase. Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt, and take pictures of any issues. If your ice cream arrives melted or damaged we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you. You will be asked to provide proof of damages via email prior to re-shipping. In case that your product arrived damaged or was incorrectly picked, please email us at contact@wholefieldsfoods.com.
